We are looking for someone who:

Has a passionate belief in inclusion and an exceptional understanding of how to support all children to achieve their very best.
Has achieved or willing to achieve the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator qualification.
Is dynamic and enthusiastic and can ensure children achieve the highest standards through innovative teaching. Is committed to raising standards with high expectations of all children.
Has excellent communication skills and is able to work with staff to develop their pedagogy in a supportive yet challenging way.
