We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support our busy School Office and SEND team. The main responsibilities of this role will include general clerical support including typing letters and reports, making appointments, greeting parents and pupils, and liaison with related parties. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be enthusiastic, and friendly. The ability to prioritise your own work load is essential. Further details are available on the job description and person specification attached. This post is for 20 hours per week, term time only. Usual working pattern will be four hours per day, mornings only although this can be flexible. There is a possibility that this role will develop to take on further duties and the weekly hours will increase to recognise this.

We are one of the largest primary schools in Kent with nearly 862 children on roll, including a 27 Pre-School that offers 30 hour provision.
