Are you an experienced Assistant Headteacher looking for a new and exciting challenge? Do you have the passion, drive, energy and enthusiasm to support the Headteacher and Leadership Team in leading the school on the next stage of our journey?

We are looking for an excellent leader who demonstrates consistently high standards of teaching and learning.  This role will include a teaching responsiblity.  We welcome candidates with creativity and fresh ideas who are excited to join Eastchurch School with an eagerness to contribute to our school community.

Eastchurch School is a unique school with high aspirations and expectations for all underpinned by a strong Christian ethos and values. We are one school located at two sites, one at Eastchurch and one at Leysdown on the Isle of Sheppey. The right candidate will have experience of leadership with a skill set that will not only complement the existing team, but will have a direct impact on raising standards and improving outcomes for all our pupils.
