Are you an inspirational teaching assistant with experience of working in EYFS class and the drive to serve children’s social and academic needs? Are you adaptable and able to bring out the best in our polite, friendly and eager pupils?

Eastchurch Primary School is looking for a teaching assistant to join our team.

You will be committed to providing the best learning experience for every child in our school. You need drive, enthusiasm, a “can do” attitude and the willingness to embrace our church school values of respect, courage, love, forgiveness, kindness and honesty.

The successful candidates will be an experienced EYFS practitioner who enjoys working as part of a team in a child-based environment. You will benefit from working in a school where we value support staff in all aspects of school life.

The successful candidates will have a strong commitment to inclusive principles and be committed to safeguarding children.

This is a great opportunity to join our friendly school staff team and help us realise our vision for the school community. The working hours are 35 per week including 30 minutes lunchtime cover.

Salary is within Aquila Pay Level B starting at £19,428 (pro rata)

Eastchurch Church of England Primary School is committed to safeguarding children and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all trustees, staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
