The Abbey School is looking to appoint a full-time Data Manager to lead the data collection, analysis, interpretation and MIS administration for the school. You will also be required to assist with the administration of externally-assessed examinations.

You will be required to work for 37 hours per week for 41 weeks per year. The hours of work will be 8.30 am to 16.30 pm with a half an hour unpaid lunch break.

You will be highly efficient individual with outstanding attention to detail. This is a challenging role that will bring many rewards you will work closely with all Senior Leadership Team, Teachers and Support Staff. The ideal candidate will need to be well-organised and have a flexible approach to tasks. Specific training will be provided. You will need to be resilient under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired Requirements: 

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Experience of managing and utilising Bromcom or another education management information system. 
  • A proven track record working with data analysis and reporting. 
  • Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills.
  • GCE or level 3 BTEC qualifications and a minimum of GCSE English and Mathematics at C Grade (or equivalent).
