We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Teacher of Mathematics to join our team.

Aylesford School have achieved a ‘Good’ in all areas rating by Ofsted, who, praised our teachers’ for good subject knowledge and enthusiasm as well as strong leadership and a commitment to improving children’s lives.

The Mathematics Department is well organised and resourced, with a clear curriculum to guide learners through their seven year journey here. There will also be opportunities for further responsibility in the form of assistant head of department for the right candidate is also available.

The position is suitable for either an experienced or newly qualified teacher within this supportive department. In a national climate of curriculum change and new assessment frameworks you will find a department that is continuously improving, and where there are systems in place to enable you to both support our learners and challenge them to reach new heights from day one. 

The position is a full-time one, however flexible working hours will be considered.

The successful candidate must be talented and committed, with the personality, skills and drive necessary to inspire our students and have the ability to deliver engaging lessons of the highest quality. 

A Recruitment & Retention Allowance of £2000 is also available for the successful candidate.
