The school benefits from a high level of teaching assistant support who provide excellent educational and emotional support for all children. We believe that an effective induction of new staff members is key, and have training opportunities available both in school and within our collaboration of schools to enhance this. We have a very supportive governing body, as well as an active parent association who are keen to help fund improvements in our curriculum and school grounds.

Although the Ditton Infant and Junior schools have separate head teachers and governing bodies, both leadership teams are committed to working in close partnership in order to benefit the children and families they work with.
