Information about the school

We are a large and successful primary school, which converted to a stand alone Academy in April 2012. We operate under Hampton Collaborative Trust allowing the freedom to grow and develop with our community needs at the forefront of all decisions.

We are an inclusive, caring and constantly improving school with an exceptionally strong collaborative staff team. Our current roll is 670 children with 3 classes per year group, group teaching in the KS2 to facilitate smaller class provision, a purpose built on-site nursery and a strong Well-Being Team, FLO, Play Therapist and Emotional Well-Being practitioner to provide the support and nurture for our most vulnerable children.

Our current SEND is 15% and we are constantly signposted within the local authority for our excellent SEND provision. We are also incredibly excited to be in the process of developing an ASC SRP provision to further support and nurture our SEND children.

Our staff benefit from complimentary refreshments in our modern staffroom, free Breakfast and After School Care for their children if they attend the school whilst they are working, one paid wellbeing day per term (6 per year), subsidised lunches, on-site parking, plus selected Kent Reward benefits.
