1:1 Learning Support Assistants

We are looking to recruit 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to support the Teaching and Learning for children with SEND across a range of subjects.  You will be required to assist the students with organisation and completion of classwork,  planning for homework and general day to day activities.

Ideally suited to someone with high personal and professional standards with drive, energy and commitment. To help build on the current inclusive and caring ethos of the school, to ensure that every child achieves their full potential. Experience of working with children with learning difficulties would be an advantage.

We currently have 3 vacancies. 2 students are currently in Year 7 and 1 in Year 10. The posts vary from 12 to 20 hours per week, term time only.

These contracts are tied directly to funding for these pupils and if the funding stops or the students leave the school the contract would cease.

Salary: Kent Range 4: Full time equivalent salary £18,389.00 – £20,493.00
