East Farleigh Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and flexible Afterschool Club Supervisor to join our team. The role is initially for 12.5 hours per week during term time, from 3:00pm to 5:30pm; hours may be extended by mutual agreement if demand for places increases.

We are looking to recruit an After School Club Assistant who can provide our children with a calm and positive experience at the end of their school day that is safe, sociable and fun. This role will include responsibility for supervising and engaging children in a varety of activities, and serving food (a snack meal) and drink. If you would like to be part of a friendly team of dedicated staff, amongst happy and responsible children, then we would be delighted to hear from you.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We require the successful applicant to undertake an enhanced Criminal Record check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.

This post is subject to the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009 and as such shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a Disqualification Declaration. Any information supplied will be discussed at interview.

Salary is Kent Range 3, £19,293 pro rata
