Salary:                       £23,357 to £27,163 pa, Full time equivalent  (actual salary £20,450 to £23,783 pa)

Responsible to:        Head Teacher/Assistant Head Teacher

Working Hours:         37hrs per week, 39 weeks per year (term-time plus 5 INSET days)

Our school is one of three secondary schools which together form Endeavour MAT. Whilst the school first opened in September 2019 with just four forms in Year 7, it has expanded to an eight-form entry school, growing exponentially with each academic year. This growth presents a range of exciting career opportunities to join our existing staff team.

We are looking to appoint a Pastoral and Wellbeing Manager to join us as we grow and expand our  highly popular, co-educational community secondary school based in North Kent.

 Our Ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of working with young people who have social/emotional difficulties.
  • Have a good understanding of child development and learning processes.
  • Have an understanding of strategies to support young people’s mental health.
  • Have the ability to foster strong and positive relationships with parents and young people.
