The Lightyear Federation is a new formal collaboration between Greatstone Primary School and Repton Manor Primary School. 

The forming of the Lightyear Federation has created a new exciting role - Office Manager at Repton Manor Primary School. We believe that our office creates the first impression of our school and sets the ethos for our whole school community. "With great power comes great responsibility!"

The Office Manager - Repton Manor Primary School must:

  • love children, be committed to ensuring their work priortises the welfare and education of all pupils.
  • demonstrate a flexible and calm approach within the dynamic nature of a primary school.
  • model excellent and friendly relationships with all stakeholders whilst ensuring highly professional standards. 
  • be expert in systems - learning, implementing and maintaining. 
  • possess excellent communication skills to all stakeholders (website, written, face to face, etc) reflecting the ethos of our school.
