We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Administrator to support our Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) team.


We are looking for a proactive and dedicated candidate to support our administration team involved in Admissions, Annual Reviews and other general administration duties as part of our busy Inclusion Team.  The successful candidate will have strong organisation skills, excellent IT skills, be self-motivated and have high attention to detail.

Duties will include organising meetings relating to EHCPs and their associated reviews for learners across the school, supporting the admissions process and contacting students and their families.  In addition, the role will include general administrative duties such as ordering resources, updating and monitoring spreadsheets.

This role will require the successful candidate to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, so strong interpersonal skills, commitment to internal quality requirements and the ability to work to statutory timescales are essential.

This role is important in securing the appropriate provision for children and young people with special educational needs within our setting. 

This post is based at our West site in Tunbridge wells, but will require some travel to our North site in Hextable.

Broomhill Bank School is a highly successful, mixed, special school for students with an EHCP relating to their Communication and Interaction needs. We are based on two sites: Broomhill Bank School (West) is in Rusthall near Tunbridge Wells and Broomhill Bank School (North) is in Hextable near Swanley. Both sites are attractive with lots of space for our students. We also have extensive plans for new buildings which are currently in development.

We are members of the collaborative group of Kent Special Schools KSENT, which consists of 24 special schools across Kent.
