Welcome to Newingate School

We are seeking to appoint a professional, calm, and highly organised office manager/receptionist to work within our busy school office.

As well as providing a welcoming. efficient reception service you will manage the daily administration of the school office. Maintaining pupil and staff records and keeping multiple systems up to date is a major part of the role along with communicating with parents, staff, students, and visitors.

The role is often varied and fast paced, and you will need a 'can do' attitude to tackle a constant flow of reception and administrative tasks.

You must be educated to at least GCSE English and Maths Grade C or equivalent or possess an NVQ2/equivalent/experience in an area relevant to the role.

Newingate School is a specialist independent school for children with Autism and associated Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs. All students have an EHCP and are referred to the school by their local authority. The school is registered for 11-18 year olds and provides a personalised curriculum to meet each individuals needs via small class and sometimes 1:1 learning support.
