This is an exciting opportunity for an Early Years practitioner who has leading experience with supporting staff and teaching children.

We are looking for a minimum of a Level 3 early years qualified person or equivalent. The person will need to be enthusiastic. committed and willing to support the aims and objectives of the preschool setting and its friendly team.  The person will assist the manager in the running of the organisation to a high-quality.

We are term time only and open 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday).  A registered charity and a not-for-profit organisation with a Good Ofsted rating. We are committed to developing a warm and inviting learning environment with a Christian ethos, where all children and families feel welcome.

The aim of your position is to lead and manage the day-to-day organisation of the preschool and to ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are met. To support managing the team, working with the manager and the trustee committee to ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented at all times. To provide safe, high quality educuation and care for all of the preschool children.
