Teaching Assistant required in Key Stage 2 for 5 days a week from September to December in the first instance with the possibility of becoming permanent.

We are looking for someone to take on the role of Teaching Assistant, supporting the academic needs of the children in one of our small mixed age classes.  Some experience of supporting children preferred.

The applicant should have English and Maths GCSEs or equivalent, as a minimum, and have good verbal and written skills.   Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is essential.

The person will be required to work Monday to Friday 8.45am to 3.20pm term time only in this role, with a 25 minute lunch break.  This role is paid on Kent Range 3.  This post would suit someone wanting to gain experience of working in school.
