We are seeking a Director of Digital & Trust Transformation. The role will have responsibility for the development and implementation of trust transformation, information technology and data services throughout the organisation, setting the vision and drawing stakeholders together on this journey. This is an exciting new appointment to the Executive Team and will have full leadership responsibility for the digital transformation strategy and associated projects to improve lives for the children we serve. 

You’ll be joining an organisation focused on transformation of children's lives initially in Folkestone but the trust has ambitions to grow locally and beyond

The successful candidate will have/can:-

  • Experience of designing, owning and evaluating organisational transformations and delivering large scale change that adds value. 
  • Knowledge of the contemporary digital landscape of organisations and experience of bringing leading technology and process optimisation practices to an organisation to drive sustainable improvements in our services
  • Proven experience of providing strategic and technical leadership to service delivery departments 
  • Demonstrable project management experience, leading complex projects which involve a wide range of stakeholders. 
  • Work collaboratively by engaging others, actively seeks the contributions of others, and delivers performance through people-centred involvement
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills, recognising large change programmes can expect conflict and competing priorities from stakeholders. 
  • Experience of working at senior level, preferably in a multi-site organisation, leading on digital and information services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to rapidly forge effective working relationships. 
  • Networking experience and the ability to forge successful external partnerships which will be of benefit to the Trust 
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experience in a service delivery environment 
  • You’ll have recognised experience of robustly managing large projects and have built processes and people teams to deliver digital change and transformation for the future
