We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Alternative Provision Lead. The successful candidate will join the school’s highly successful and enthusiastic Bridge Centre working and collaborating with an exceptionally dedicated and talented team of practitioners. You will need to be flexible, reliable and have a professional approach towards your work.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who can make a valuable contribution to students learning and achievement
  • Someone who is able to work effectively with both individual students and small groups on a long-term basis.
  • Knowledge of various forms of additional needs who can aid students to learn effectively and support students to make progress
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Someone who is able to work as part of a team and also independently.
  • Someone who can form positive working relationships with students
