Do you want to work at a school where you will be highly valued and supported in your role as a Nursery Assistant?

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant with commitment and drive to work closely with staff to provide positive learning experiences within a Nursery setting.

The post is for Monday to Friday for 28.75 hours per week term time only.  A permanent post to start in September

We expect the successful candidate to:

  • Be able to support in the delivery of high quality learning experiences for all pupils;

* Be qualified to NVQ level 3 Diploma for Teaching and Learning in School, or the

equivalent Nursery qualifications.

  • Have high expectations of learning and behaviour and inspire and motivate our children;
  • Be supportive, nurturing and understanding with high expectations.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills both orally and written.
  • Work well as part of a team.

 

The role may include providing pupil supervision cover for some break and lunch duties.
