Job Title: Inclusion Leader at Draper’s Mills 

(including Cluster Inclusion coordinator supporting the other four  primary academies in the East region)

Thanet region

Salary/ salary range: L7-L11 (£49,743-54,891) Start date: January 2023 (or earlier if possible)

Do you have a talent for enabling every child to reach their potential? 

Can you inspire and support colleagues to break down barriers so that every day counts? 

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join TKAT as an Inclusion lead working across five Primary Schools in Thanet.

For this role you will:

Be a qualified SENDCo with at least three years experience and working towards or has completed the National SENDCo award.

Have demonstrable school leadership and management skills and experience, a commitment to professional development, and the personal qualities to build strong relationships with all stakeholders including parents, governors and colleagues at all levels across all four schools.

Be an outstanding teacher, passionate about children’s learning and welfare and with high expectations for all learners.

Need a secure understanding of how to implement effective Inclusion resources, strategies and provision to bring about improved outcomes is essential.

Be dedicated to meeting the needs of every child within the school, and we would expect you to be able to evidence a passion for supporting children with SEND/Inclusion within your career to date.
