Qualified Early Years Educator

We are looking for an experienced practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development to join our friendly team.

At Bradbourne Park our environment is planned to encourage thinking and build independence. We observe and respond to children in the moment and allow them to lead their own learning - you will spend your time with the children, not completing paperwork!

We are a term time only setting and the post is for a minimum of two or three days a week, 8:30am - 3:30pm.

 The successful candidate will:

  • have a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years education
  • have experience working with Pre-school children (age 2-4)
  • have a child centred approach 
  • work well as part of a small team
  • value their own continued professional development
  • have a good level of spoken and written English

Information about the school

Bradbourne Park Pre-school is located in the scenic grounds of Sevenoaks Primary School in a large building with secure outdoor space which we use all year round.

We aim to encourage creativity, independence, resilience and the desire to learn through constructive child-led play. We have a strong focus on how rather than what the children are learning and aim to provide an environment in which experiences respond to individual needs and interests.
