Reception Manager

Pay Scale: Sandwich Technology Support Range 5 points 15 – 17 £16,759 - £17,653 pro-rata (£20,595 - £21,693 FTE)

35 hours per week, term time only plus one week (with flexibility to work some time in the School Holidays reception cover 9am to midday)

If you believe you have the necessary skills and attributes to become our Reception Manager, then we would very much welcome an application from you.

We require a well organised Reception leader to work in our busy front of house reception area. The successful candidate will be required to attend as the first point of contact and provide a safe environment for visitors, deal with inquiries on the phone, face to face and in electronic formats. The duties of this post are varied but will include leading and managing an administration team, answering the telephone, greeting visitors at the school, organising the first aid provision, processing letters and using the school’s database. Previous office and or reception experience is desirable but full training will be given.
