Deputy Manager at The Little Ark Pre-School

We are looking to appoint a committed Deputy Manager to start in June 2022. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and friendly team within our popular, successful pre-school. We are a 'Good' pre-school, with a positive ethos. We are offering an exciting opportunity for someone to join our staff based in Singleton on the premises of The John Wesley CEM Primary School, near the Singleton Environment Centre. The Little Ark Preschool is a purpose-built setting open during term time only from 8.45am to 2.45pm Monday to Friday for children aged 2 ½ to 4 years. We pride ourselves in having a high staff to child ratio.

The position is for 4 full days, Monday to Friday (not Thursdays), 8.30am to 3.15pm; 25hrs per week.

We would like to recruit a dynamic Deputy Manager to join our happy, enthusiastic and dedicated team in The Little Ark Pre-School. We are looking for a person with experience in a Pre-school, with some leadership experience. We need them to be highly motivated and committed to working with a team to provide the best education for our children.

The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet; working both independently and as part of the team, to promote and demonstrate resilience and flexibility as a positive role model for our children.

The John Wesley CEM Primary School is a two-form mainstream primary school with currently 450 pupils.
