Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship – Fixed Term Contract, commencing September 2022. National Apprenticeship rate of pay will apply.

Tymberwood Academy are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Apprentice.  The apprenticeship will give you expert training to develop you into a professional teaching assistant.

This role will specifically develop your skills alongside increasing your knowledge of the education sector and support techniques.

This apprenticeship will support you to be able to:

  • Support the class teacher in the delivery of curriculum
  • Support SEND pupils
  • Maintain the school’s high expectations of behaviour & standards

At the end of your Apprenticeship you should achieve a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

The successful candidate will be subject to all necessary pre-employment checks, including: an enhanced DBS; Childcare Disqualification (where applicable); qualifications (where applicable); medical fitness; identity and right to work.  All applicants will be required to provide two suitable references.  

You will also be required to complete the Reach2 Equality and Diversity Monitoring Form
