The Rosewood School is a school for pupils who are struggling in their current school due to their physical or/mental health need. Our vision is to combine education and health in transforming the future of our young people.We have a growing pupil populationand are seeking exceptional and inspiring individuals to join our committed team. 

 

Our careers provision is well respected across Kent and delivers high quality and impartial careers information, advice and guidance to our young people. Operating across Kent our team supports young people to explore their experience and skills, understand their aspirations and long-term goals, and support them with their education and employment. 

What are we looking for?

  • Level 4 – 6 Careers, Information and Advice qualification or a willingness to achieve the qualification
  • Experience of providing quality careers Information, Advice and Guidance
  • A passion to inspire, motivate and lead by experience to support achievement of qualifications and career aspirations
  • A background in working with disadvantaged young people is desirable
