Are you looking for a role as part of dedicated team of HR professionals? We are offering the opportunity to join Endeavour MAT’s HR & Payroll Team at its creation and build a career in HR with us.

We are looking to appoint a part-time HR & Payroll Administrator to provide essential support as part of a newly forming team within the Trust’s central office.

You will have experience of HR and Payroll processing and be able to demonstrate strong organisational and workload management skills. Under the direction of the HR & Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the full employee lifecycle, so you will need a keen eye for detail and be capable of building strong links with key colleagues in our schools, providing them with a timely and efficient service. This is a new post so you will also need to contribute positively to the development of new working practices.

In return we can offer you the opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive team with an emphasis on ongoing career development (including employer supported accredited professional qualification at a suitable level), both on the job and through external training. We offer a generous annual leave entitlement and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme (22.5% employer contribution), which provides a high-quality defined benefit pension scheme.  We are also looking forward to the launch of our new employee benefits platform and this will offer you a wide range of discounts at major retailers and access to wellbeing services.

This is a 25 hours a week role, ideally across the full working week..

If you’re interested I would like an informal conversation about the role then please contact recruitment@endeavour-mat.co.uk or telephone 01322 250 285.
