Advert

Are you looking for your next role as a HR professional? We are offering you the chance to play a key role in establishing Endeavour MAT’s new HR & Payroll Team. This rare opportunity comes with a competitive salary and an attractive package of benefits. But speak to us on the number below if you think your skills and experience  deserve greater recognition.

Working to the Head of HR and closely with the Trust Finance Manager in respect of payroll along with key colleagues in our schools, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of professional HR and payroll services across our growing Trust.

You will be a qualified and experienced HR professional with related payroll management background. The successful candidate will ensure our schools are compliant on all aspects of personnel management across the full employee lifecycle. You will need to be confident in providing Head Teachers and senior leaders with advice on employee relations and employment law issues and also ensure our systems and processes are accurate and run smoothly. Routine transactional support will be provided by the HR & Payroll Administrator but you will also need to provide extra capacity at busy times to ensure the team maintains a first-class service to our schools.

This is a new post so you will also have the opportunity to influence on the design and implementation of new working practices in conjunction with other Central Team and school-based colleagues.

In return we can offer you the opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive team with an emphasis on ongoing career development (including employer supported accredited professional qualification if you are yet to complete this), both on the job and through external training. We offer a generous annual leave entitlement and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme (22.5% employer contribution), which provides a high-quality defined benefit pension scheme. We are also looking forward to the launch of our new employee benefits platform and this will offer you a wide range of discounts at major retailers and access to wellbeing services.

If you’re interested and would like an informal conversation about the role then please contact recruitment@endeavour-mat.co.uk or telephone 01322 250 285.
