We are looking to appoint an Office Administrator to join our hardworking team.  We are looking for someone who can support our Office Manager in all aspects of school administration.

We are a warm and welcoming school, and are fortunate to be located in a village surrounded by beautiful countryside. The successful candidate will be joining a passionate and committed team, with a supportive Governing Body, and children who are happy and keen to learn.

The successful candidate will:

  • be highly organised, reliable and able to use time management skills effectively
  • be fully competent in the use of IT packages, with experience of using Microsoft Office
  • has excellent interpersonal skills, is highly motivated and has the ability to work well under pressure;
  • has excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • is friendly and approachable with a welcoming and professional manner;
  • be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively and contribute positively within a team environment

Hours: 2 days 8am – 4.30pm & 3 days 9.30am – 2.30pm per week- Term Time plus five paid extra days in school holiday time alongside five development days, ten days in total.

Shorne Church of England Primary School is located in a beautiful village setting and has 210 lovely children. We were graded as a GOOD school by Ofsted in October 2017, and GOOD as a church school in February 2018.
