We are looking for some new team members to work as 1:1 Teaching Support Assistants (TSAs) and  join our dedicated, supportive and successful Claremont team.  

Are you a teaching assistant already or have the skills to become one? We are looking for team members with a good sense of humour, a great ability to connect with children and a passion for children to be successful. Are you adaptable and flexible, and ready to respond to the needs of the child to support their personalised learning and social development? If you could make a difference to our children then we are interested in you- please give us a call 01892 531395

You will work under the direction of an outstanding, organised and energetic class teacher; in addition, the SENCo will provide a supportive network and guidance. The support staff team is warm, welcoming and committed to supporting each other. Training will be provided where needed. 

We have roles to support various time schedules.

Role 1: KS2 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (4) mornings 08:45- 12:30pm

           Hours per week: 16

 

Role 2: EY/KS1 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (5) mornings 08:45-12pm

                                     Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday  (4) afternoons 1pm-3:30pm

            This role could be split into two roles

             Hours per week: 27

Role 3:  KS2 Thursday (1) morning 08:45- 12:30pm

                     Thursday (1) afternoon 1:30pm -3:30pm

            Hours per week: 6

 

The role is Term Time Only (38 weeks per year), and temporary until 31.08.2023 as the vacancy is linked to pupil funding; this post has the opportunity to extend past that time frame to move support as the child(ren) move through the school.
