We are currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator with a passion for working in an educational environment.

You should be highly organised with excellent administration skills and be able to work individually and as part of a team effieciently and often under pressure with high standards and good attention to detail. 

You will be providing effective HR administrative support across the whole school with particular focus on recruitment administration, payroll related queries, employee records, absence recording and operational personnel administration. Knowledge of using SIMS is preferable, together with excellent MS Office IT skills. Please refer to the attached Job Description and Person Specification for more details.

35 hours per week.  Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break). Term Time plus Inset Days. Kent Range 5 £19,723 full time equivalent (pro-rata).

Woodlands Primary School was formed in September 2016 following the amalgamation of Woodlands Infant and Woodlands Junior Schools. We are a successful and happy school in North Tonbridge. Currently we have approximately 600 pupils on roll, organised into three classes per year group across three buildings: Saplings (EYFS), Acorn (KS1) and Oak (KS2). Our enthusiastic and dedicated staff work strongly together to provide exciting learning experiences for the children both inside and outside the classroom.
