The John Wallis Church of England Academy are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator to provide some additional capacity to our small HR department during a period of significant system and process development.  Fixed term until August 2023.

We are looking to appoint a HR Administrator with the drive and ambition to share our passionate belief that every child and young person should have the opportunity to realise their full potential; to be encouraged to raise their aspirations; and to have the opportunity to learn in an environment that is safe, inspired and guided by the key Christian values of respect, truth, trust, integrity and love.

Skills and Experience -  To be considered for the position:

  • A*-C GCSE Maths and English or equivalent;
  • Data and IT literate with good IT skills.
  • Experience of working in HR in a school or local government setting is desirable.
  • Experience of working in an administrative role.
