Key Stage 1 Phase Lead (with core subject responsibilities )

Ebbsfleet Green Primary Academy is part of the Maritime Academy Trust, an innovative partnership of schools in Greenwich, Bexley, Kent & Medway. Our academies transform through collaboration and an entrepreneurial curriculum which equips children with life skills.

Ebbsfleet Green Primary School is based in Ebbsfleet Garden City, Kent. We opened in September 2020 and we are growing  year by year, as the Ebbsfleet Green community grows around us.

"Ebbsfleet Green is a values-based learning community, committed to the education of the whole child. We are looking to appoint a highly effective and passionate class teacher looking to advance their career and develop their leadership skills as a KS1 Phase Leader. Leading both a core subject and a team of teachers, you will develop teaching across the school and will be key in our journey to improve the outcomes for children in our local community.   

The position will be class based but will offer leadership opportunities to develop and support teaching and learning priorities. There will be opportunities to build and connect with outstanding practice within our Trust schools.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are excellent practitioners in the primary classroom

• Are committed to personal and leadership growth 

• Have a track record for raising standards in their own classroom

• Are passionate about sharing best practice with colleagues  

The successful candidate will be someone who is keen to build on their passion for providing children with the very best learning experiences. 

Unfortunately, this position is not suitable for ECTs.
