We are seeking to appoint an ECT or an ECT+1 Early Years class teacher, who is looking to lead a core subject. You must have a  strong understanding of pedagogy and  deep subject knowedlege across the curriculum. You would be joining a  knowledge-rich school and a place “Where children come first’. Staplehurst School has been rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted. Our school is a two form entry community school, with approximately 400 pupils. Situated conveniently, between Maidstone and Cranbrook, in a beautiful rural part of Kent, the school, with its ‘outward-facing, best practice at heart’ culture, has achieved sustained academic improvement and continues to retain an excellent, enthusiastic team of staff.

Blessed within beautiful and spacious grounds, Staplehurst School has the added benefit of two large sports halls, music room, library and a lovely Early Years outside space, as well as a Breakfast Club available from 7.30am and an After School Club until 5.30pm.
