An exciting opportunity is available for you to join the Brunswick House Team as our new Receptionist/Administration Assistant.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills together with patience, empathy and a sense of humour;
  • A pleasant and welcoming manner;
  • The self-confidence to make well-informed decisions;
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels - adults and children;
  • The ability to administer medicines and First Aid; 
  • Will have competent computer skills, as well as a willingness to develop your IT skills further to cope with the ever changing nature of this role (knowledge of SIMS and excel an advantage);
  • The ability to work efficiently and to deadlines;
  • The skills to work under pressure and to use own initiative;
  • The ability to observe and respect confidentiality;

You must be educated to at least GCSE English and Maths Grade C or equivalent and possess an NVQ2/equivalent in an area relevant to the role.

The post will be five days per week, Monday - Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm, 4.00pm finish on a Friday) term time only.
