New Line Learning Academy are seeking to employ a dynamic and creative Teaching Assistant to support pupils with EHCPs within the classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting students within small groups and working on 1:1s with a pupil in lessons.

You will need to be:

  • Recent experience of working with children of relevant age.
  • Previous experience of working within a supported learning environment
  • Must be able to use own initiative, work independently in an orderly manner,
  • motivate and inspire others with a creative approach to problem solving.

This role is on a fixed-term basis until July 2023, for 37 hours per week, five days per week, term-time only. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fun and highly supportive group of dedicated people.
