Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, forward thinking and talented School Office Manager to form pat of a Job Share wth our current Office Manger It would be your responsibility to ensure provision of an effective administrative and clerical support service to the school. Energy and commitment, combined with excellent administrative and customer service will be essential, as will the ability to multi-task whilst keeping a calm nature and sunny disposition. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to relate equally well to parents, pupils and visitors.

This role will suit an experienced school administrator.

Rosherville Church of England Academy is a welcoming school situated in Northfleet, on the edge of Gravesend town centre.

Everyone in our school works together to provide valuable and memorable learning experiences for our children. and to ensure that each child is given the best possible chance to flourish. We believe that children learn from and with each other and we therefore take every opportunity to encourage children to collaborate in their learning.

We are part of the Aletheia Academies Trust and we benefit from shared professional development opportunities and sharing of good practice among our schools. We also work closely with St Mark's Church.

As a school we are well resourced and make the best use of our space. Our subject-centred curriculum offers lots of opportunities for active, hands-on learning and our children enjoy coming to school. Pupils come from a wide range of backgrounds and we have many EAL learners. We have a breakfast club, after school club and a range of after school opportunities.
