The Inspire Federation has an exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated and enthusiastic higher level teaching assistant to work each morning in class and afternoons releasing class teachers for subject and leadership time. 

Recent experience as an HLTA, in particular the planning and delivering of lessons and individual/group interventions is desirable. Your ability to build relationships, have a positive outlook and a willingness to try different approaches is essential. You will be supported by the Class Teachers to facilitate high quality independent learning and help all pupils achieve their best.

Information about the school

Four Elms is a small village primary school located in the lovely village of Four Elms. The School has four classes, Reception are taught in Class 1 following the EYFS Curriculum. Years one and two are taught together in Class 2, Years three and four in Class 3 and Years five and six in Class 4.
