£250.00- £275.00 per day.

Parkwood Hall is a residential school for students aged 8 – 19 years with moderate to severe learning difficulties.  Parkwood Hall aims to provide an outstanding and supportive learning environment which challenges students to achieve success. The core learning values, which are at the centre of the curriculum, focus upon developing the student’s resilience and ability to make informed life choices.

Parkwood Hall Co-operative Academy special needs school has a great opportunity for an experienced and qualified Arts/play Therapist/Counsellor starting as soon as possible. The therapist will be working for the school on a self-employed SLA contract basis for two to three days per week for 39 weeks per year in the school term time. We are interested to hear from suitably qualified, experienced therapists who have experience of working with children and young people with a range of special needs predominantly autism and communication difficulties and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
