As Deputy Principal you would be working closely with the Principal and Senior Management Team to develop the school to further our ethos and philosophy. The successful candidate should display compassion, determination, confidence and strong decision-making abilities. They need to be collaborative, creative and forward thinking and demonstrate strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of SEMH needs.
