In this important role, you will join our supportive and experienced team.

As a Teaching Assistant you will:

Provide learning support to pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.
Work with small groups and individual pupils in a classroom setting under the direct supervision of teaching staff, providing feedback on learning outcomes.
Support pupils with social and emotional well-being, reporting on any challenges.

To succeed in this role, you will:

Be Educated to a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent to include Math’s and English at GCSE C or above.
Be experienced and competent in working with small group learning interventions and small group work in numeracy, literacy and reading.
Have the ability to adapt and relate well to students and adults, understanding their individual needs, responding accordingly

Please note: This role is a term time only post working Monday to Friday 8:30 - 15:05.
