ACE Learning are looking to appoint an experienced senior leader to the post of Deputy Head of School at Hamstreet Primary Academy.

The successful candidate will further embed our vision, values, and ethos to ensure the highest standards of pupil conduct and high levels of engagement across the school.

This role carries a part time class teaching committment and is suitable for a leader with appropriate skills, knowledge, and experience of significant and successful work with students of all backgrounds and abilities. You will need to be an inspirational leader with a passion for making a difference to the lives of young people. This role requires an individual that is prepared to consistently uphold the highest expectations, support and develop others in doing the same but also someone that can demonstrate compassion and empathy when needed. 

The postholder will need to have the expertise and interpersonal skills to enable successful work with all staff in further developing outstanding teaching and learning.

Hamstreet Primary Academy is part of ACE Learning Multi Academy Trust and has a PAN of 315 pupils. The school is located south of Ashford in a village setting. The school has excellent facilities including a woodland, swimming pool, well stocked library and first class ICT resources. It serves a wide catchment area with pupils attending from the village and surrounding areas.
