Leeds and Broomfield C.E. Primary School is looking to recruit an Administrator. This post is for full time; 5 days a week, term time only from 8:30 - 4pm. 

The successful candidate will be: adaptable, efficient, able to work on their own initiative, have the ability to work methodically with accuracy and attention to detail, be able to understand the full range of duties associated with the role and possess a confident, friendly telephone manner.

Good office administration experience and a knowledge of payroll and placing orders are an essential requisite for this post, either in a school or Children’s Centre setting, alongside knowledge and experience of working with database packages including SIMS.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team, meet set deadlines, be adaptable and have the ability to multi-task. You will understand the necessity for confidentiality in respect to information relating to staff, pupils and families and uphold this principle at all times.
