PART TIME Admissions Manager and Pupil Administration Officer

Five hours per day, five days per week, 40 weeks per year.

Salary KR6: £12,570 (pro rata for a full time salary of £20,997 p.a.)

We are a large primary school with 630 pupils and over 100 staff.  The school is friendly and welcoming and the staff work well together in the best interests of our pupils.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our school team. Required to start from Monday 11th July, the successful candidate will be personable and proactive, with an ability to prioritise and to work to strict deadlines.

The jobholder will manage pupil admissions to the school and transitions to secondary school. This requires regular contact with parents and, therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic but objective approach are necessary. They must be confident in being the school's "public face".

The role also manages pupil data and candidates should possess a keen attention to detail. Experience of working in a school is preferable.

Visits to the school recommended.

Candidates should be in sympathy with the ethos of a church school.

This school and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young persons. The post is subject to a DBS check and the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
