Earlscliffe seeks a Head of Marketing and Admissions to play a pivotal role in leading on all marketing and admissions activities, and delivering the key departmental objectives: maximising recruitment of pupils to Earlscliffe whilst also enhancing the school’s relationship with our well established network of agents, current parents and the wider school community. The role combines both strategic thinking with day to day marketing activity.
 
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for the development and implementation of the school’s marketing plan, as well as the management of an efficient and effective admissions function. Key to success will be the effective positioning and marketing of the school, giving it a distinct and empathetic ‘feel’ that is attractive locally, nationally and internationally.
 
The successful applicant will have the ability to apply sound marketing and customer care principles to Earlscliffe’s’ environment, taking into consideration the different target audiences and the dynamics of the marketplace. He/she will be a self-starter with a hands-on approach and will have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse groups of people, including staff, parents, pupils, prospective parents, agents and feeder schools, and to get the best out of them.
 
The Head of Marketing and Admissions is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Headteacher. The post holder will be expected to attend senior leadership team meetings.
