The Inspire Partnership is looking to appoint an inspirational Social, Emotional & Mental Health Phase Leader to work in one of the designated provisions at Elaine Primary School or Delce Academy.  This role is a non class-based position with some teaching responsibility. You will be working with a range of SEN needs and ages within our SEMH provision.  Able to identify individual needs and put in place differentiated but challenging learning, you will be a key member of the school's leadership staff.

As the leader of the phase, you will be responsible, in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, for formulating the aims and objectives of the school, particularly relating to SEMH.

It is a challenging role and no two days will be the same but if you have the passion to support some of the most vulnerable children in our community and the skills and experience to achieve strong outcomes then we want to hear from you.

Our children love to learn, are creative and believe in the ethic of excellence.  Our curriculum is dynamic, connects learning with global themes and provides children with opportunities to flourish.

In joining us, we will offer you the very best CPD and career development. This includes:

  • A competitive salary
  • A core offer of professional development with opportunities to engage in research programmes
  • Outstanding leadership development and support
  • Wellbeing package
