Kite College is an Independent Specialist Post-16 College in Sittingbourne, providing specialist education and training for young people with learning difficulties.

As a new college we are looking to appoint a new Site Manager to join our team in September 2022.  This role could be the idesal next step in your career and is a fantastic opportunity to join a hard-working team providing great opportunities for young people across Kent.

This fantastic opportunity will allow you to be a part of Kent’s only specialised SEN college for young people with SEND.  You will be responsible for security, safety, cleanliness and general maintenance of the college site.  This is a hands on role, requiring a range of practical and DIY skills and you will need to be flexible as hours could vary.  You will need to;

  • Motivate, hardworking with high standards
  • be able to work as part of a team, and on your own
  • Produce high quality workmanship,
  • be friendly, reliable and enthusiastic
  • Act as a role model to learners
  • have a sense of pride in caring for the college and its surroundings
