Bexley Education Improvement Service supports a thriving local education system. We are looking for an Early Career Teacher Manager (Appropriate Body) to join our dedicated and supportive team so that we can continue our partnership work with schools.
The ECT Manager is a key role within the team. You will meet the statutory duties of the Local Authority to act as the Appropriate Body for the induction of ECT Early Careers Teachers. You will develop effective relationships with teachers, schools, mentors and universities, and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and other providers to build the ECT programme and implement the LA’s statutory duties as the appropriate body.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with schools, ensuring that our teachers of the future are fully prepared to work in a continually evolving education system.
