As the Kent-Teach Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the team, developing workforce planning and ensuring continuous professional development and improvement in service delivery. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver an excellent service, in particular supporting governing bodies with the recruitment of Headteachers.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • A high level of experience of customer engagement and partnership working
  • The ability to apply a creative and solution-orientated approach to situations
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to organise both their own and other’s workloads
  • Knowledge and experience of the recruitment sector and the challenges associated with teacher recruitment
  • An analytical eye who will use data to drive decisions
