bemix will be delivering a brand new Preparation for Employment programme from September 2021!
As part of this exciting programme, we are seeking to recruit a creative teacher/ group facilitator who has a good understanding of enterprise or business. Someone who will use their skills and knowledge to support young people to develop preparation for work skills, in a dynamic and stimulating learning environment. Our ultimate goal is to inspire, enable and support more young people with learning difficulties and/or autism to achieve a job and career. This role needs someone who has a passion for teaching and enterprise, enjoys forming positive relationships with young people and is energised by seeing people develop new skills, knowledge and confidence.
Fixed Term, 1 year Contract from 16th Aug 2021 to 15th Aug 2022.
Part time – 4 days a week, term time only.
Location: Medway and Gravesham.
Salary and benefits: £27 - 30,000 per annum pro rata to a full-time post, depending on qualifications and experience + generous employer pension contribution of 5% of salary. Salary sacrifice scheme also available.
