The Education People is owned by Kent County Council and is a one-stop shop for education services, to help you improve learning, wellbeing and children’s development. We support the full age range from early years to young adults, with over 800 products and services available specific to education needs always. Due to the high demand for our outstanding services, we are expanding our School Improvement and Skills & Employability team.

We are looking for experienced middle and senior education leaders with a track record of curriculum design and raising attainment to join us and extend their impact beyond their own school. We require a Specialist Lead Advisor in SEN.

We currently provide services across Kent and the surrounding areas. Our salaries and benefit packages are competitive. We will also consider secondments and flexible working for the right candidate.
